Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the LuxLiv website and booking our design consultation or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

LuxLiv provides luxury bathroom interior design consultation, project planning, cost estimation, and design execution services. Our services include:

• • Initial consultation and design concept development
• • Material selection and sourcing
• • Project management and execution oversight
• • Budget estimation and cost projections
• • On-site and virtual consultation options

All timelines, costs, and deliverables are subject to change based on project scope, site conditions, and material availability.

3. Consultation Booking & Cancellation

Consultations must be booked through our website or by contacting our office directly. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of any consultation fees. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If you do not attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and applicable fees may apply.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms are as follows:

• • Consultation fee is payable upon booking confirmation
• • Design deposits are due before project commencement
• • Progress payments are due at scheduled project milestones
• • Final payment is due upon project completion

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway.

5. Project Timeline & Delays

Project timelines provided are estimates only and are not guarantees. LuxLiv is not liable for delays caused by:

• • Material unavailability or supply chain disruptions
• • Unforeseen structural or site conditions
• • Client-requested design changes
• • Regulatory or permitting delays
• • Natural disasters or force majeure events

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All design concepts, sketches, renderings, and creative work produced by LuxLiv remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without written consent.

Upon completion and final payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the design for your personal project only.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

LuxLiv provides services on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding specific results or project outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

LuxLiv is not responsible for structural defects, contractor workmanship issues, or material defects caused by third-party suppliers or installation professionals.

8. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• • Providing accurate property information and measurements
• • Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• • Hiring qualified contractors for installation
• • Making timely decisions regarding design selections
• • Communicating all requirements and preferences clearly

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• • Fees for services rendered remain due and payable
• • All design work reverts to LuxLiv ownership
• • Client receives copies of preliminary work upon request

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
